GRIEF & LOSS, TRAUMA & ADDICTION RECOVERY, EMBODIMENT & EARTH-BASED THERAPY

I am dedicated to being a guide in the co-creation and creative expression that takes place in therapy. My highest priority is attending to the quality of relationships that allow people to find meaningful connection and belonging in their lives. I practice integrating therapeutic modalities that best support transformative work for each individual based on their experiences and readiness.

I have found that powerful transformation takes place when difficult emotions are held with guidance, focus, and attention to the quality of one's relationship to self, to their community of loved ones, and also to the more than human world of energy and living matter all around us.

My Clients & Approach

My hope for people that enter a therapeutic relationship is that they find a guide that inspires them to face difficult truths, to live authentically, and to feel fulfilled in their relationships and lives. I believe strongly that each of us is our best healer and that the work of healing cannot be done in isolation. I truly enjoy learning your story and collaborating together on the insights and actions that best support your development and growth.
