You need a therapist who suits your needs.

Our therapists are dedicated to providing collaborative, diverse, and inclusive care. Each one of us has our own areas of expertise and unique ways we work with our clients. One thread you will find with us though, is how important and healing Nature has been for us and how much we’re committed to helping you strengthen your Nature connection, if that’s something you’d like. We each offer a free virtual consultation so you can ask any questions, explore what needs you may have, and discover your perfect fit.

LGBTQ+ AFFIRMATIVE THERAPIST, NEURODIVERSITY THERAPIST

Thaddeus Shafer, MA

When you look in the mirror, do you not like who you see? Have you betrayed your partner? Yourself? Maybe you're carrying shame, guilt, and a fear that you're beyond repair. You're not. But staying stuck in that shame — without understanding what drove you there — keeps you trapped in those patterns. I work with men and couples navigating infidelity and betrayal. I don't believe this is something to just diagnose. It came from somewhere, and mapping where is what makes real change possible. Through a humanist approach, I help you make honest sense of what happened. I also work with men and non-binary folx on anxiety and identity. (Learn more about Thaddeus)

LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

Robert Monn, MA, AMFT

You’re here because something is not adding up. Maybe you’re tired, or your mind won’t stop. Maybe you don’t feel good the way you used to — about your work, your relationships, yourself. You might not recognize this person you’ve become. The parts of you that aren’t being heard don’t go away — they keep speaking through patterns you didn’t choose. We work out most of what life throws at us on our own, one way or another. But there are times when that isn’t enough. That’s when you need help. Not someone to tell you what to do, or to validate what you already believe. Someone to listen for what you haven’t been able to hear. (Learn more about Robert)
