First, I would like to welcome you.

I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, and of course welcome people of all sexualities/gender identities. My theoretical orientation is primarily Jungian psychology as well as psychoanalysis. I offer a warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental space. Our work together will invite you to both explore old historical wounds and past traumas but, critically, to find a way forward, with your psyche as guide. I believe the Self knows what it needs better than anyone else, and we explore these spaces to resolve current impediments. That can mean exploring the collective unconscious, symbols, and dreams.

I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for all.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, the neurodiverse, anxiety, substance use, fertility struggles, family expansion through adoption or assisted reproductive technologies (e.g. IVF, egg donors/sperm donors/gestational carriers). I also provide assessments for intended parents.

I can appreciate that both seeking help and choosing a therapist can feel challenging, especially in times of tumult. It can feel difficult to choose who feels right for you.
