Maybe you've been carrying something for a while — a pattern that keeps repeating, a sense that you're capable of more, or a feeling of disconnection from the life you thought you'd be living by now. You're not broken. But you're ready to go deeper.

That's the work I love most.

I'm Kellum Lewis, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 25 years of experience helping people grow into fuller, more authentic versions of themselves. I draw from Psychodynamic, Jungian, and Nature-based approaches — frameworks that take seriously not just your symptoms, but your story, your unconscious life, and your relationship with the world around you. My work is depth-oriented, meaning we're not just managing what's on the surface. We're going deeper.

I have a particular passion for working with people who value insight, other therapists, caregivers, clergy, LGBTQ+ people, and especially with gay men in midlife — what Jungian psychology calls the "middle passage," that pivotal season when the first half of life's scripts stop working and something deeper is asking to be lived. The wounds of toxic shame, internalized from a culture that said you were too much or not enough, can run surprisingly deep. This work can reach them.

I'm also the Clinical Director of Clarity & Growth Center, which means I provide clinical supervision and guidance to every therapist on our team. If you're considering working with one of our clinicians, know that they are not practicing in isolation — they're supported, challenged, and held to a high standard of care. You're in good hands here.

When I'm not in session, I'm most likely in my garden, writing, or walking somewhere near water. Those things aren't background to my work — they inform it.

If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
