BiAF is a therapeutic group experience that is both healing and community building, that celebrates your strengths and gives you a space to share your story and struggles with other bisexuals who can support, validate, and understand you.

Supporting Postpartum Parents
Supporting Postpartum Parents is group therapy for postpartum couples. Over the course of 6 weeks, you and your partner will work with two therapists and other couples to learn crucial communication tools, problem-solving skills, ways to increase your bond and improve your connection, and create a solid plan for navigating your relationship now that there is a third (or more) person in it!
This group is excellent for first time parents, those welcoming another little human into their lives, or parents who are blending their families.

Men’s Ecotherapy Experience
Too often in our society men feel cut off from deeper contact with other men and as such, aren’t able to bring their fullest gifts to their own lives and the lives of those they care most about. Men’s Ecotherapy Experience is a group designed to provide men with a place of camaraderie, fellowship, and support, and a place where you can grow into the person you feel you are meant to be.

Finding Our (Gay) Way!
Finding Our (Gay) Way! is a therapeutic group for gay men in their 30's, 40's and 50s who could benefit from the support, mirroring, and feedback of other gay men. Here, you'll get a place to get to know other gay men, develop trust, share struggles and concerns, and get valuable reflection. This is a no-judgment zone where you can show up as yourself and feel accepted for who you are. Part of our goal is to help you feel joy in being gay and to realize your sexuality as a gift from Nature.
